Berita seputar dua browser terkenal telah muncul dalam periode yang sama, Firefox dan Opera. Firefox 3, tentu saja merupakan berita terbesar minggu ini dan dikabarkan telah meraih 8 juta user yang telah mendownload browser tersebut pada hari download Firefox 3, selama satu hari penuh, pada Selasa (17/06) kemarin. Sedangkan untuk Opera telah terbit versi 9,5 dan memiliki perbedaan dengan Firefox 3.

Salah satu hal yang sering dikomplain oleh user adalah masalah kecepatan dan memori. Firefox 3 telah menggunakan SunSpider JavaScript tes untuk mengetes kecepatan Firefox, dan hasilnya kecepatan Firefox mencapai 5500 mikrodetik untuk memproses script yang diteskan dan memiliki margin error sekitar 1,5%.

Memori RAM yang dimiliki Firefox sekitar 127 MB dengan 15 tab terbuka, sementara Opera menggunakan memori RAM sekitar 117 MB. Hal ini mengejutkan bahwa Opera hampir mampu menyamai kapasitas penyimpanan Firefox, mengingat Opera hanya menggunakan kode-kode lama.

Menurut pihak Opera, user yang senang browsing dengan ponselnya lebih menyukai browsing dengan menggunakan Opera dan menyimpan informasi personalnya ke Opera. Opera juga memiliki banyak fitur seperti location bar, yang kini menjadi inspirasi Firefox untuk membuat icon sidebar yang lebih menarik seperti untuk speed dialing dan manajemen password.

Firefox, juga memiliki plug-in dimana user dapat merubah atau mengatur open source pada Mozilla. Banyak fitur yang dimiliki Opera 9,5 seperti kemampuan untuk melihat password apakah bekerja atau tidak sebelum disimpan, juga dimiliki oleh Firefox 3. Kedua browser juga memiliki session management dan bookmark pencarian.

Kedua browser masing-masing memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan, namun user dapat memilih diantara keduanya, mana yang lebih cocok ketika browsing dan mana yang lebih disukai untuk style personal.

George Larnicol, a 55-year-old French chocolatier, managed to create and sail a 3.5-meter-long boat made of chocolate.

On Saturday, September 25, the walled city of Concarneau, in north-western France, hosted an event unique in the world – the launch of a full size chocolate boat. George Larnicol, the mastermind behind this crazy creation, first attempted to sail a chocolate boat on August 15, but the boat crumbled to pieces when turned over from where it was mounted. But one small failure wasn’t enough to make Larnicol quit, and on Saturday, he returned to Concarneau port, with a new chocolate boat named “Bateau Chocolat II” (French for Chocolate Boat II)

The 1.2-ton-heavy boat had a sugar framework, while the rest of it was made entirely of pure chocolate. It took Larnicol and his team one and a half months to complete, working eight hours a day, which adds up to a total of about 400 hours.

George Larnicol and a friend got in the chocolate boat and sailed in it for a bout an hour, waving proudly to the audience, and smiling the whole time. The attached electrical motor allowed the Bateau Chocolat II to reach a top speed of 15km/h.

Chocolatier George Larnicol, who owns a chain of chocolate shops in western France, promised to build a giant 12 meter-long yacht, with two masts, made of 6 to 8 tons of chocolate, sometime in 2012. That’s going to be a sight to be hold.

You probably know the famous fisherman from Monster Animal Planet's River, Jeremy Wade. He never committed a fishing expedition with his crew diAfrika, up the Congo River, British angler caught a giant Piranha Fish after doing battle with the fish.

 

As a 52-year-old fisherman, he managed to pull out these monsters, and held it with both hands for fear of being bitten by 32 sharp teeth which have the same dimensions with a white shark. The tigerfish goliath, so the nickname for ferocious monster, known as one of the freshwater fish of the most vicious and dangerous in the world, so that Wade said he was very careful when he pulled out of the water.Giant Piranha is even able to prey on the same size with his own body, and there are people who see these fish had ripped the body of a crocodile, even the people around these rivers.
